RJD Associates (North West) Limited are pleased to announce that we have been called off the JV North framework to provide CDM Principal Designer services on a residential development project that involves constructing 15no dwellings in modular build construction in conjunction with all associated enabling, remediation, infrastructure and external works. The works will be carried out on the site of a former assisted living accommodation complex noted as Meadow Court, which was demolished in 2021.
Key health and safety considerations on this project include site remediation, managing potential interfaces with the adjacent land uses, managing potential interfaces with the Client’s undertakings if completed properties are handed over in phases of partial possessions whilst construction works are still ongoing, contact with live services, fire safety, the buildability of the plots that adjoin the site boundaries, preventing unauthorised access to the construction site and traffic management.
