RJD Associates (North West) Limited are very pleased to announce that we have been appointed as CDM Principal Designer on an industrial development project that involves constructing a B2/B8 warehouse unit that will have an overall floor area of approximately 1,196.2m² at ground floor level along with all associated enabling, remediation, infrastructure and external works.

Key health and safety considerations on this project include contact with live services, site clearance works, traffic management including due consideration that Dock Street forms part of a red route that is designated within the Furthergate area of Blackburn, interfaces between construction operations and the surrounding environment, general buildability considerations including restricted access and working space within the site demise and fire safety.
