RJD Associates (North West) Limited are pleased to announce that we have been appointed as CDM Principal Designer on a residential development project for One Heritage Group that involves the construction of 24no houses with associated enabling, remediation, infrastructure and external works.
Key health and safety considerations on this project include site remediation, managing potential interfaces with the adjacent land uses, managing potential interfaces with the Client’s undertakings if completed properties are handed over in phases of partial possessions whilst construction works are still ongoing, contact with live services, fire safety, preventing unauthorised access to the construction site, traffic management and general buildability considerations including spatial requirements for plant, working platforms and scaffolding within areas that are constrained by the site boundaries etc.
