As CDM 2015 has been in force for over 12 months we’d be very interested to hear feedback from Clients, Designers, Contractors and any other parties involved in the construction industry on their experiences of dealing with the new CDM Regulations.

Is there more clarity to the duty holder roles? Has the ‘streamlined’ version of the Regulations helped to reduce paperwork and unnecessary bureaucracy? Are appointments being made earlier? Are duty holders being given sufficient resources, including time, to discharge their duties? Fundamentally is it an improvement on the previous version of the Regulations?
