    Broad Bank House

    The Client had purchased a Grade II Listed Building that was originally constructed around 1771. The property had been derelict for a number of years and our brief was to design a scheme that would facilitate the necessary works in order to bring the property back to a habitable standard and to reinstate the character of Broad Bank House.

    Residential development at Industry Street

    The site had planning permission for a residential development which also included a car park for the adjoining residents. Because the developable area within the site demise was reduced by the space allocated for the car park the Client wished to maximize the development potential of the new houses.
